Hi I'm Ruthie Frank and I create fun functional pieces that I hope will bring joy to your everyday life.
Everything is made in my home studio in Taranaki, New Zealand. I use a technique called slip casting which I am self taught in. I use liquid porcelain that I colour with ceramic stains and pour into moulds I have made. My work gets fired up to three times in my electric kiln before it is completed.
All work is food safe. Please hand wash work with gold lustre added and DO NOT microwave.
